Are you getting that fall feeling yet? Cooler temps, the sun in a lower position throughout the day, the NFL’s 100th season is in full swing, and fire departments everywhere gearing up for Fire Prevention Week. And, of course what would September be without the latest edition of UpdatER? So, let’s jump right in like it’s a freshly raked pile of leaves.
A New Look for Occupancy Module Settings
Our development and user interface (UI) teams continue to update system modules with our new UI standard. Here’s what changes you’ll see when the update happens in the next few days: when you navigate to the Occupancy Module Settings, you’ll see the new look in action. The first thing you’ll notice is the settings are more intuitively organized:
Managing individual settings is easier:
And the color picker for Occupancy Action Codes is just plain smarter than before:
The Settings section is just the beginning. There will be many more enhancements to the other parts of the Occupancy Module in the weeks ahead, so be sure to visit it regularly.
Some Quality Action
Report #807 – Occupancies for Action Codes for Date Range has been updated to include a multi-picker for Occupancy Action Codes, so if you take advantage of the Actions Tab like Woonsocket Fire (RI), then you’ll appreciate the update to this report. This department does a fantastic job with their occupancy documentation throughout the entire Occupancy Module…way to bring it Rhode Island!
We Are Here to Pump You Up
Thanks to the feedback you gave us, our team added “Pump Hours” to the Rig Checks forms and we’ve made the odometer reading, engine hours, and pump hours optional so you can pick just the ones you wish to include in your form.
