Take a Deep Dive into Your Data
Some very cool new reports have been released recently…there’s bound to be a few you can start using immediately to better tell your story:
1782 – Elapsed Time In Incomplete Status For Status for Zone for Station for Shift per Incident
Have you ever wondered how long incident reports have been left incomplete? Or which crews are most efficient in getting their reports done before the end of the shift? If so, this report is for you.
1784 – Incidents Status per Zone for Shift for Station for Elapsed Time
This is another good one to measure the completion rate of incident reports. This report shows you the number of incomplete incidents filtered by shift, station, and/or zone, as well as the elapsed time incident reports were in the incomplete status. Special thanks to Lt Mike Moore of Orange County Fire Rescue (FL) for coming up with the idea for these two terrific reports.
1783 – Potential System of Care Information per Incident for Date Range (NEMSIS 3 Incidents Only)
This report pulls directly from the field just below the Narrative of an ePCR. It enables you to track patients based on potential system of care, specialty, or registry for follow-up on patient count, patient outcomes, or for special studies within your EMS system.
1781 – NEMSIS 3 Medical Billing Export Report
This keeper is for customers that use our ePCR billing export feature. It quickly illustrates whether ePCRs have been successfully uploaded to your billing company. It also includes the export date and time.
