THIS JUST IN: JOIN THE ER NIGHT SHIFT, COMING TO A COMPUTER NEAR YOU.
We’re staying up late in this NEW Evening Online Training Event.
We know your schedules are packed: Work, volunteering, and family consume most of your hours each day. That makes it hard to become a power-user of Emergency Reporting. We hope to make it a little bit easier with our new Evening Online Training Academy.
Our first one of the year will be June 8-10 from 1700-2130 EDT. Registration is easy and only $299/person.
Night school will never be the same! We look forward to seeing you on June 8th.
More Improvements Coming to the Incident Module
Our development team continues their amazing work upgrading the Incident module both for security and user experience (UX). The latest enhancement now entering beta evaluation is the Arson NFIRS module. Once the beta testers share their feedback, the dev team will make updates and we’ll deploy this for all users. Here’s a sneak peek of what’s coming soon:
Wonderful Feedback from our Second Online Training Academy
We recently concluded our second Online Training Academy, the ER Pro – Advanced OTA. The response was overwhelmingly positive…thank you to everyone who attended. We are seriously considering doing at least one more OTA before the end of the year. Please help us by taking this three-question survey to let us know what you’d like to see in a future online training event.
“Everything ran really smooth! I love the OTA because I’m not able to travel to all of the out of state Training Academies, so both sessions of the OTA were refreshers and taught me new things.” – Participant from TX
New Report for ISO – #1844 – Summary Training Hours for Personnel for Standard for Date Range
Thanks to the outstanding feedback from the folks at Statesboro (GA) Fire Department, Report #1844 recently deployed.
This report will help make managing your training hours and ISO audits go much more smoothly. The key to success with this report is to set up the Standards tab in your Training module settings with the ISO 580 training categories.
Trust Rover to Provide the Most Reliable and User-Friendly Tools for Your Agency
Have you been over to the NEW Rover website yet?
Rover, acquired by Emergency Reporting in 2020, is a cloud-based notification and response platform that provides critical two-way communication between dispatchers and first responders. When an incident occurs, Rover’s CAD-to-mobile technology instantly relays the call to responders’ mobile devices, shaving seconds off their reply.
Responders can send their availability with a single touch through the Rover app, which automatically retrieves their credentials, location, and travel time.
Once responders have confirmed their acceptance, Rover provides everyone who has secure access to the Rover portal (via station dashboard, laptop, in-vehicle tablets, or cell phone) with the precise location of each responder and a countdown to their arrival.
The Rover platform also integrates with Emergency Reporting’s records management system (RMS).
