BI Update
Our business intelligence team continues to make enhancements to BI Basic. Here’s just a couple examples that will deploy in early January 2021.
The BI Basic Incidents Percentile report will include some welcome data elements. These include incident timestamps for each unit on the incident:
And two new additions to the data slicers; FDID and Aid Given:

Lastly, thanks to some terrific feedback during our ADAPT 2020 virtual summit, our team added “cost” and “estimated replacement cost” to the Equipment Details tab in Maintenance BI:
A New Custom Report That You May Find Handy
One of our customers in Alabama requested a custom report that will likely prove beneficial for many of you needing to track compliance of response times. Report #1824 – Compliance Time for Apparatus for Shift for Incident Type for Date Range is a handy report to assess unit response times for specific incident types.
