We’re excited to share this case study video that we recently did with Chief Edmund Cain from The Villages Fire Rescue in Florida to discuss their agency’s use of Emergency Reporting Fire and EMS Records Management Software. The video features our Chief Revenue Officer and Co-founder of Emergency Reporting, Dave Adams, and Richard Baier, District Manager of The Villages, FL.
We trust the software, we know that it exceeds the requirements for HIPPA confidentiality. The system is so versatile, I can be out of the state and be able to access information off my cell phone and know that it’s a secure environment and that I can look at things that are occurring here. I can run reports if I’m somewhere else, outside the area. For example if my boss was to call me and say I need information about a particular call, I don’t have to call back [to the station], I can get into the system via cell phone and pull that documentation and within minutes I can call him back or I can cut and paste and send him the information. – Chief Edmund Cain
Check out the video below to hear about how Emergency Reporting Software has helped The Villages keep their community and personnel safer.
One of the big issues with looking at data itself, it can be good and it can be bad but if you really carefully go through it and you scrub it you can really get that long-range vision. When looking at response times, the Chief and I and his senior staff working with a team of architects and engineers were able to site future fire stations. That very very important in a high growth community. It’s important for us to be able to plan. Plan out for fire, emergency management, community watch needs, and plan out and locate stations. – Richard Baier
