At Emergency Reporting, all of our regional trainers are active or recently retired public safety professionals with over 200 years of combined Fire & EMS experience. Like many of you, they have spent years serving their communities and keeping people safe. That may be why so many of our customers love our trainers: they’ve been in your shoes! Plus, we may be biased, but they’re all pretty awesome people!
We plan on featuring our trainers individually on the blog so you can get to know them a little better. First up: Meet Mark Wolf, one of the ER regional trainers who is currently at our Phoenix Regional Training Academy (RTA) this week.
Mark is a retired fire chief with the City of Greenville Fire Department in Darke Co., OH where he’s served since 1988. During his 39-year fire service career, he played several key roles in top departments, like the State of Ohio Department of Homeland Security Region 3 Rescue Strike Team & the Darke Co. Hazmat Team. He received many technical certifications and was a member of many professional associations including At-large Director for the Ohio Fire Chiefs’ Association and President of the Southwest Ohio Fire Chiefs’ Association. Mark currently serves as a full-time Regional/DoD Trainer at Emergency Reporting.
In his spare time, Mark is an avid waterfowl hunter and spends time afield hunting and training his new Labrador retriever, Raven. Mark also spends a lot of time bicycling, including riding in several Century Rides each year.
