As Jeanette Kehoe, Captain Training Officer at Golden FD, stated in the video, switching from their previous system to Emergency Reporting was a “night and day” difference for the department. “I think the biggest thing that changed for us is the efficiency of the program and being able to capture data and do the data entry in a much more efficient manner. We’re able to pull out information that we weren’t able to before,” Kehoe said.
